With deep roots in hip-hop and a focus towards immersion, Supertask creates sonic landscapes that dance between the intensity and stillness of the human consciousness. His offerings of musical escapism are consumed by the concept of infinity, and with a background in IT, Supertask often utilizes code and programming in his artistic vision. A vision that his loyal community, the Dev Team, is directly involved in.

Blending both analog and digital sound design, his unique approach has proven to be a driving force in the forward progression of electronic music. Through soundscapes that feel sentient, interactive live streams, and mind-bending visuals, Supertask is changing the way that we consume art.

His latest EP release “Captcha,” captures the very background in which makes us his unique sounds. Warm beats that breathe and lead the listener down a beat’n path of spooky bass lines. A perfect fit to watch the sunset over the Cape Fear River for the start of an epic Halloween weekend.
Joining the ranks for support on the boat, Bass Canviss makes his debut aboard the Henrietta, and he will be playing a set at the official after-party at Coglin’s. Third Coast-born & raised in Houston TX, Bass Canviss spent his young years as a pro skater and musician. At the age of 5, he began learning to read and play the keys, violin, guitar, drums, and other percussion instruments. By 12 he mastered the art of spinning on vinyl records while showcasing his jazz roots by joining the band; “Catching Redlights.” Evan moved to Charlotte, NC in early adulthood, where he began expanding his Electronic Dance Music portfolio. He formed his well-acclaimed bass music alias; known as “Bass Canviss.”

With deep Third Coast roots, hip-hop influences, and a passion for deep bass lines, Bass Canviss produces a universal and dynamic sound. It is authentic and eclectic, curated by live instruments and electronic synthesizers. His production techniques range from organic jazz guitar and keys to recording spastic beat pad patterns with his MPC, then uniquely arranged to throw a colorful spin on lo-fi hip hop. Underground defines his sound, raw, experimental, and overall untouchable. In his latest mix release, you will get a great idea of what he has to offer. We recommend you give it a listen.

On the boat tagging and at the official after-party on support, Tymellord, brings his deep knowledge in dubstep and experimental bass music. Founder of Seventh Circle, throwing events in Eastern NC, to rocking the party behind the decks, the man has the skills to take the party up a notch. His style aligns with that of the underground. Uncovering hidden gems of songs through his sets, blending tracks seamlessly.

Taking bits and pieces from the experience and translating those feelings onto canvas, Wilmington’s very own Bryan Stacy will be performing a live art piece on the boat. Owner of Tattoo and Art Studio, Anvil & Ink, located in Downtown Wilmington off Castle St. His art is making a bigger impact every day and his humble demeanor is felt through his actions.
